hesapeake has been on the boot camp radar for a few years now. With nearly 100 Chesapeake ladies making the trip to train at Virginia Beach Boot Camp we had to make the jump. This is same results-driven Fitness Boot Camp program as Virginia Beach.
Chesapeake Boot Camp follows the Adventure Boot Camp model for all camps. What is that? Fun, effective, energizing, and varied workouts for women. It’s a women’s only fitness and weight loss program that provides a safe and encouraging arena so you can focus on yourself. Focus on your results. You won’t experience intense competition at boot camp.
