Of the 1500+ Virginia Beach women that have joined Adventure Boot Camp, not one has come to camp completely whole with no bumps or bruises. You’re thinking… how is this possible? Fit, not fit, young and old, how can they effectively workout together and still get great results?

Virginia Beach Boot Camp is a 4 week women’s fitness training program. Year-round vs. the common 6 weeks here, 3 weeks there seasonal boot camps.
